Refusal to cancel service, dont sign 8tacontracts

Due to bad, often non-existent data coverage in my area, I requested that my contract be terminated on 05/08/2013, after confirming that the contract period had completed. I was informed that I would be contacted to confirm this request within a week. Two weeks later I went back to the Telkom mobile store and requested a status update, as no one had been in contact with me regarding the issue. I was informed once again, that someone would contact me within a week. One week later and still no contact, I went back to the store, but the representative in question was not available. At this time I was told that I need to fill out a form and then the request would be processed and if approved, my service would be terminated in 30 days. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. Enter Hendrik Bekker, who informed me that there had been a misunderstanding and my request was actually in progress, however he would call me back the following day to confirm. A week and a half later, with still no call back, I went back and spoke with Mr. Bekker again. Again he informed me that that my request was in process and he would confirm and call me back the next day. Two weeks later, I am still waiting.
