I called the call centre on the 25th of July to cancel something I was subscribed to and spoke to Ndebele, a week later I was still getting billed R5 every day and called in again and spoke to Katlego. Both agents advised me they have sent cancellation requests to MIRA network, I had to call again today to have the stupid subscription taken off and was told to call the company myself.

Does MTN get a percentage of the daily subscription i was billed? What is your percentage? As a client I feel you need to take control of any matters brought forward to you and not just sit and enjoy your cut from the external companies profit. I have lost R50 worth of airtime, can you guys take some responsibility for your client's and make sure whatever query is bought forward is at least followed up? Will you credit me back the amount I lost (from the 26th to date)?

You guys have already lost a lot of customers due to the BIS/Absolute plan that was just crazy, wasn't that enough?
