HAVE PHONED IN ON NUMEROUS TIMES TO CANCELL MY CONTRACT WHICH STILL HASNT HAPPEND WELL AFTER THE SUPPOSED 1 MONTH PERIOD, WHEN I CALL I AM DIRECTED TO THE INCORRECT DEPARTMENTS AND PLACED ON HOLD FOREVER, THE SERVICE IS SHOCKING AT THE LEAST... IM HAVING TO END UP PAYING FOR AN EXTRA MONTH NOW AS I REQUESTED MY CONTRACT BE CANCELLED AND MOVED ONTO PAY-AS-YOU-GO BECAUSE I WANT TO PORT MY NUMBER... ATLEAST NOW I CAN ADD ANOTHER REASON FOR WANTING TO LEAVE VIRGIN MOBILE!!!
I EXPECT MY CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED AND MOVED ONTO PAY-AS-YOU-GO IMMEDIATELY
