I had a cellphone contract with Nashua mobile. After 24 months I decided to cancel my contract and move to
Prepaid. I spoke to Charlotte to do the whole cancellation process, However, Charlotte did not advice me about losing my airtime when the contract is cancelled.

When I called her after few days, she did admit her mistake and she and her superior agreed to load the airtime back to my cell number, this was in September 2013. I still haven't received my R470 airtime, Nashua mobile still continue to send me monthly invoices, though I do not have any contract with them.

Whenever I call the customer services to find out about my airtime credit, most of the consultants request for my contact details and they promise that Charlotte will contact me. All I want is my airtime credit and stop sending me invoices, Im no longer your client.
