I have been a loyal customer of nashua mobile from before their inception and have always been treated fairly well; until the last year. it seems that whenever there is a query there is a huge amount of passing the buck and taking forever to get an answer. I was on an international trip and had my phone data off - and still came back to an very high bill. when querying I was told to check the MTN website but a rude consultant. She sent me a mail with a link that made no sense. So i called again... and spoke to a very polite consultant who took 3 weeks to come back to me, after a lot of chasing from my side and to-ing and fro-ing and tell me that my bill was correct and direct me to the MTN website. in the meantime there was no delay in charging my account. My original request was a justification the charges that came from the international supplier that have been charged to my account as I had a local phone and was not charged so exorbitantly! Surely there has to be some justification of these charges? I paid more for 1 call than I did for an entire 3 weeks on a local phone. and surely if I have to wait that long I should get more back that it is correct - with no justification?
