No feedback. About to be charged extra

So I've taken out a phone contract through Nashua Mobile. Everything went smooth until I changed my banking details. But then I got softblocked due to "unpaid accounts". The fault was on their side but they fixed it and I paid my bills. They managed to fix my banking details. Next thing I know is I'm getting a new invoice charging me an extra R72.20 for some direct debit order admin fee which I've heard is from not paying a previous bill. Nashua Mobile messed up by not getting my banking details right the first time and now they're charging me and extra R72.20. I've gone into my local branch 2 times to sort this out and the guy I usually deal with (whom might I add is really helpful, I must comment Nashua on their staff in Durban North) sent emails to their accounts department and to this day (it's been 2/3 weeks already) I haven't heard any feedback on this error on Nashua Mobiles side. If I see this extra R72.20 come off my account, I am going to be slightly upset. Come on Nashua Mobile accounts department, wake up!
