Passing the buck and lack of response on complaint

I have been a customer of Nashua mobile for the past 7 yrs and have been happy till now. i upgraded my contract last year with and iPhone. i previously had a blackberry. i recently noticed that since the new contract i have been charged BIS. i called to query and ask for a refund. i was told that sorry i will not get a refund as i was suppose to cancel BIS, but i upgraded the cotract, the blackberry contract had expired and i took out a new one, surely the consultant was suppose to ask if i will still like to be charged for BIS?? i lodged a complamint on coporate support and was promised feedback within 24hrs, its been 36hrs, no response, i called and Cleo, told me it was forwarded to upgrages, and will put me throuhg, i was on hold forever and finaly got answerd by the wrong department. i'm frustrated. Nashua has just lost a loyal client, and the rest of my family that i invited to join Nashua as they were treating me right, but now i'm singing a different tune
