No Help From Cell C

I recently upgraded my phone & was not informed of how the charges would change.
I received an exorbitantly high account ((About R2700 for 4 weeks) & upon querying, I was told I was being charged R2 per MB. When I said that the website says the charge is 15c I was told that that is only for blackberry. It does not say that on the site. I checked the cell c website & it states the charges for in & out of bundle is 15c per MB.
I phone a few times and spoke to consultants, with not help, before I asked to be put through to a person in a supervisory position.
I lodged a formal query with a team leader (I have his name) on the 8th of Oct. Since then I have phoned twice to speak to him and both times the consultants could not give me his contact details. All I am told is that an email has been sent and he will phone me back. He has not phoned me back.
I want these charges credited off of my account.
