Telkom incorrectly fitted two lines, activated an ADSL connection on one of the incorrect lines, could not adequately install the ADSL on a correct line (even after bringing out a so called "Experienced"technician) and now have charge me for all if the above as well as two months rental fees for each even though I repeated called and emailed them to cancel the INCORRECT installations. They now have suspended my pre existing line, cut off my internet and have failed to be of any assistance after having spent over two hours on the phone with them. I have repeatedly been shafted from one operator to another, sent in circles through the different departments with no help.
As an ophthalmic surgeon I am utterly disgusted with telkoms approach to business. I would highly discourage any business looking for corporate communication to use telkom business.
