Unprofessionalism displayed by Clientel Legal

I have logged a query via email on 11 September 2013 12:47 PM of which nothing was done till I contacted them on 13 Sep. I spoke to KAJAL HEMRAJ at 10h00 who then promised to call me back in 30 minutes. Weekend passed and on Monday afternoon I called and she informed me that she is not working on the case and case has been assigned to Johan. I then contacted Johan on same day and was promised feedback. To my frustration, Johan called me to find out about the details of the matter even though they were clearly articulated on the email. He promised to get back to me. Two days later I have received no feedback.
I am deeply disgusted about Clientel Legal's unprofessional conduct. I have explicitly stated that the matter was urgent and critical but my matter is not treated as such instead I have to call in and put on hold for a while and them have my phone dropped on my ear. After this case, this will be the last of my dealings with them.
