My iPhone 4 suddenly switched off for no reason and I dropped it off at the Brooklyn branch of Autopage. This was on the 11th of June 2013. I was told that it will take between 4-6 weeks to get the phone back. I was further told that I would be contaced by the repair centre if there was repairs that i needed to pay for outside warranty.

I am sad to say that it has been exactly 2 months since my phone was dropped off for repairs. during this time i have had no contact from head office to tell me what the problem is. I have also spent a lot of time and money contacting autopage to find out what the problem is... the type of response i usually get is that the system has not updated the query or the system is offline, or one or other lame excuses.

I find this level of customer services very unfortunate from a company of Autopage's pedigree. It is highly frustrating and i am at a point where i'm questioning myself for being a current client of Autopage.
