UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE ON QUERY

On 2 October I queried the internet usage on my account with Thuli who said that someone would get back to me that same day. No one did and I phoned again 3rd October and spoke to Deneo who said I would need to fill in a form before they can investigate. WHY DID THULI NOT TELL ME THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE???
I emailed the form on 3rd October and todate I have still not heard from Autopage.
I phoned again today only to be told that Deneo is not in and they cannot tell me if the request was actioned, so I must once again email the form to Autopage.
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!
