Still no reponse-Disgusting service

I have had a contract with Autopage for many years but have decided to swop over to prepaid. I called to find out the process and was told they could load it on the system but advised that we should call 2weeks before we wanted this to happen. We had not called back but on the 12th Nov my contact was swopped over to prepaid-which I have no issues with as it's what I requested. The problem is that I had over R300 airtime carried over from previous months which I have already paid for which Autopage has now taken away and left me with R10-00.I called in to find out what had happened-I spoke to Evanth who then transferred me to Agon. I was then advised that an incident would be logged and they would need to listen to the call and that I would get feedback in the next 24-48 hours.By the 15th I had still not recieved a call-I called back and spoke to George who advised it has been logged and he would re-log this and get back to me-I then requested to speak to a manager and was refused. It is now the 19th, 7days later and I have still not heard from anyone at Autopage. I am truly disgusted at the service I have received from this company. Absolute
