Just take money that does not belong to them!!!

Upgraded my cell phone contract - WHAT A OF A TIME!!! Autopage CHARGES me for data when i am supposed to get 600mb FREE as ADVERTISED!!! But who cares that they just debit money that is NOT DUE TO THEM??? Who cares that i get an sms to say this will be resolved and will be sorted in 2-24 hours but yet 5 days have passed!?!?!? Who cares that every time i have done an upgrade with their company, something ALWAYS goes wrong?!?!? Who cares that the money not due to them is now short to pay my bills??? AUTOPAGE DOES NOT CARE AT ALL!! Empty promises, no service, no feedback and just taking my money that doesn't belong to them! What they advertise and market is not what you get!! False advertising!! AND NO ONE CAN HELP YOU OR GIVE YOU FEEDBACK - so PAY PAY PAY and no one to make right!!! Next step after this report is the Consumer Complaints commission. And thereafter i am hitting the newspaper!!! It is time AUTOPAGE starts delivering and stops misleading and clients money!!!

And i will insist that the Consumer complaints commission cancels this whole contract due to breach so that i may rather carry on with a honest and reliable service provider!!!
