MTN has no Customer Service

As was expected I have still received no feed back from Autopage regarding my lost minutes/accumulated money. They claim they are waiting for MTN to respond. This has been going on for more than a month. It is now time to exercise my rights as a consumer and make use of the Consumer Protection Act. I will also be posting this on Facebook, Twitter and sending a mailshot to all my clients warning them about Autopage and MTN. Clearly Autopage/MTN do not take me seriously. Well I now seek compensation over and above the accumulated money that has disappeared. I will also be cancelling all my contracts that I have through Autopage/MTN and moving them to a provider that offers Customer Service. This has to be the worst customer service ever. You are very quick to take our money but don't give a when we have a legitimate complaint.
