Phone in repairs now for 3 months

In two days time my phone would be at repairs for 3 months. The only response i get from head office is "We will look into it". The owner of Gateway branch says there is nothing he can do, but send phone in for repairs again. Maybe it will be ready by the time the contract ends in 4 months time. In total now i have not had my phone for almost 5 months, but i still get billed for a device i cannot use. I am tired into a contract with a company that does not give a. Not even gonna waist my time and report this to ICASA as i dont have any confidence in them either. All i can say going forward is that, if you deal with Autopage and your phone gives you problems, good luck. You gonna need it.

If you planning on taking out a new contract, in my opinion, stay away from this company. They reek of incompetence, and dont really care about clients. As long as they taking your money and holding you ransom to contracts that they cannot fulfill, who really cares. I have not heard from anyone with a valid solution to this problem to date. You would expect after 2 months people would be treating this as urgent. To date, nobody really cares.

We need to start making companies accountable.
