Had enough of AUTOPAGE, Consumer act next step

Every year there is someone at AUTOPAGE that just F@cks up. Ever since i took out a contract at Autopage i had to phone them yearly about something and this is just IT I had enough now. Last Year Round about August i took out a 2GB Lenovo laptop deal that would cost me R122 per month, hence this month i got billed R753.99 for data on a 2GB how the fudge is this possible, and when phoning the call centre incompatent and arogant NICOLE told me that if i go over 2GB i just have to pay and make sure that i do not go over again its a 2GB contract not a uncapped 2GB contract now this LADY TELLS ME THEY DO NOT HAVE THA FACILITIES TO CAP THE DATA. IF that is the case why do they sell it then? Im so sick and tired of AUTOPAGE and will be taking them to the consumer protection.
