No feedback to branch creates poor image

I have a data contract via Autopage with MTN loaded. MTNloaded has been non operational for more than a week, (emails are not working) yet the autopage branches do not know about the problem. This means that the operations director is not doing his/her job of keeping his offices informed, which means that the branches are unable to provide any information to customers. It also means that the director is asleep and clearly does not care enough about clients and has in all likelihood not made contact with MTN at all. Ignorance is bliss.
Pity the staff have to take the brunt for incompetent managers.
