AUTOPAGE ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOBILE OPERATOR

I reported a complain over a month ago and posted a complaint on Hellopeter. Autopage have still not got back to me. I have been a customer for over 15 years and Autopage failed to activate an additional data bundle. Despite numerous phone calls and a long long meeting at Autopage Head Office and escalating this to the office of the Managing Director Autopage are still incapable of doing a simple customer service resolution. I wanrned Autopage not to attempt to debit my account illicitly but true as Bob, yesterday they debited my account for R6261. I warned them not to do this but they went ahead regardless. For all you out there this posting is to inform you that Autopage use NAEDO which is a non authorised debit. This means that they are supposed to ask your permission each month before debiting your account. I predict that they will attempt to re-debit my account by slightly changing the amount in order to try again to get money they are NOT entitled to. Let's see if the MD gets involved. Incidentally Autopage did respond to my last Hellopeter posting by ringing the wrong cell number and wasting another customer's afternoon. They are totally incompetent.
