Autopage creates an unsafe situation!

Today 22/6/13 at 12:15am i received a call from katlego @ autopage saying that there is an outstanding amount! my father (the contract holder and payer) told the woman that the account is paid on every 28th (long standing arrangment) and this is not the first time someone doesn't look at the records and see! how unproffesional of this employee who suspended not 1 but 3 contracts leaving business and safety a big problem as we no longer had contact with one another! how dare this woman do this! we have called and "big" sorrys have been said yet they can only switch 1 number back on! the other 2 can only be done during monday! now you tell me as a parent how would you feel knowing you have 2 daughters travelling on the road with no means of contact should there be an emergency? my father has been an autopage customer for aprox. 19 years! is this the kind of treatment autopage gives to long lasting customers? how will this be sorted out and how will 3 days of business be given back to the customer? this has once more been a disgusting and poor effort from autopage and their staff. no more sorry's no more nonsense!! WHAT NOW?? please note the given number below is for mr. vicente.
