Premature Cancellation

In April this year, I requested a premature cancellation from Vodacom and I made a payment as per the quote on the 23 May 2013, sent proof of payment on the 25 May 2013. I made several calls afterwards to ensure that my account has been closed. To be precise I called again on the 12 August 2013 (reference number 305 635 970), after I realised wasn't closed as I requested and was assured that my account will be closed. My account was debited this month, this makes me irate after all the effort I have made to ensure that this account is closed. I phoned again today and spoke to a consultant Thando and didnt get no joy, I want VODACOM to terminate this contract and credit account my account. I guess I wont be compensated for the inconvenience caused, the least you can do is to reimburse me.

You know I used to be so loyal to this company but I've been recieving nothing but a bad service.
