I am very disappointed with Virgin Mobiles service, I contacted cancellations via the Virgin site on
25 September at 8.27 pm and got the following message: Thank you for contacting us! We will get back to you in no time! No body contacted me back and I contacted them after one more message to cancellations and one message to general enqueries. Still no response. I did cancel the contract by telephone after the first no response but what would have happened if I had not. I spoke to the people in customer care but I feel that they are not concerned
