Can not get through to a consultant

Cannot get through to a consultant

I need to find out if there are TELKOM infrastructures, to another complex we are moving to. I have phoned twice holding for 20 minutes with no one answering!!! After that I also logged a call on the website to phone me back. Hopefully someone will get back to me, before Friday, because we are moving the weekend.

I need feedback asap.
