MTN full of empty promises

I entered into a contract for a Samsung note 1 phone with MTN in February 2013. I also got the phone insured. soon after I got no joy as it was not typing sms or repeating them and i took it in March and they fixed it. In August it stopped charging and MTN fetched it on August 11 and they returned it a month later on September 12. The phone was still not charging and they asked me to buy a battery. on September 19 they delivered a battery and i showed the driver that the phone was not charging. I called their smart phone divission and spoke to Celiwe and I told her the problem is not the battery but the phone. She promised to send someone to collect it the same day. they never came, i called on Monday the 23 and they said Celiwe was not at work and she took wrong notes about the problem with the phone. I am still waiting for them. I do not have a phone but I pay every month. MTN is full of empty promises, I am considering changing the insurance and terminating the contract because of poor service
