Defaulted to most expensive plan without being tol

Early in August my wife and I changed from Cell C to Vodacom pre-pay. In order to do this, we had to go into the store to get RICA'd which we did in your Menlyn Branch. Unfortunately, for some reason the RICA was not completed successfully on my wife's new sim card and so I had to make a special trip out again to have the process redone. This was inconvenient but something I could live with.

What I cant live with is being defaulted to your most expensive package and not being told about it. Twice I have laid formal complaints with your call centre, twice I have not had promised call backs and nothing has been resolved. You are in contravention of the CPA with this practice. Despite registering on your website, I am still unable to change packages as I was told I could do.

To resolve this, I want the following done;

1- Mine and my wifes package to be changed
2- A pro-rata refund on the extra I was charged
3- Explanation why my complaints were not addressed, and a detailed response in WRITING to said complaints
4- Compensation at my hourly work rate for the time I have spent dealing with this. Currently running at 1hr 26 mins

I expect this will receive your urgent attention
