Pathetic Service - Vodacom will never see me again

I went and did an upgrade in December and changed my package to a S Smart Plan etc I then got hit with a whopping bill of R1200 - I phoned Vodacom and said no i want to migrate to a top up package as i then have more control over my spending. Fantastic they sent me the migration form etc. was told i need to fill it in and send it back - which i did! Was told there is no charge for migrating and that come 1st Feb i would have my R400 airtime and would then need to buy Data. i phoned them the 31st to ensure that all is set and in order that on the 1st i will get my airtime, yes i was reassured, everything is sorted and no problem. come 1st of Feb my package hasnt changed (i spent 2hrs on the phone with their call centre) and was told it will be escalated and sorted on Monday. Today i phone and i get told it will be Escalated but in the mean time i must fill in another form and it will be changed for the 1st of March, NO WAYS!!! i did what i had to do and Vodacom let me explain something YOU guys messed up so you either change my package immediately OR i will NOT PAY for this month as you have breached your contract by not providing me with the service i requested - sort this!!!
