I purchased a Samsung GT-I9305 Galaxy SIII LTE on a contract from Vodacom in September 2012. In July 2013 the phone just started to switch off by itself every 5 minutes. I work on a contract bases outside of South Africa for 5 weeks at a stage and its immensely frustrating to have a new phone do this as it is not even a year old, I took it to Vodacom Repairs in Greenacres Port Elizabeth and after two weeks they informed me the Phone was ready for collection and they had done a software upgrade, afterwords it was still freezing occasionally but it was use able, 8 weeks on and it is switching off again every 5 minutes, what must I do and is it to much to ask for a new phone?? very frustrating!!
