Complaint to get action on my last complaint

Refer my previous complaint about spending time on hold etc.

In response to my last complaint Nashua Mobile thought it fitting to task Claire Thomas who, not only has a poor service ethic, but also knows very little about the packages that Nashua Mobile offers.

After spending some time on the phone with Claire I advised her that I'm not happy, she does not know what is going on, and clearly hasn't familiarised herself with my latest statement. I told her to get her facts straight and call me back. She never did.

If this is the way that Nashua Mobile deals with "escalated" queries its no wonder that their day-to-day service is amongst the most appalling I've ever encountered.

I really tried to make it clear the last time, but lets try again:

1. Get someone to familiarise themselves with my last statement
2. This person should hopefully have more than a few weeks experience in accounts
3. This person should actually know which packages Nashua Mobile offers, and the costs of such
4. This person should actually give a

By the way, your standard apology for the inconvenience you've caused makes me even more angry. At least have the decency to call/email me in person
