I have made numerous complaints to Virgin Mobile via their complaint section on their web page regarding that their reception is very bad in Stellenbosch (which was going on for almost a year).
After one month of filing the complaint finally some one came back to me after I have complaint numerous times. This was the first time, she promised that their technical department is currently working on this problem.
Now after almost a year, of nothing happening, I filed another complaint with no result. Then after filing the second complaint finally someone came back to me, with the same results as the first time. I can only make calls once in a blue moon, my messages take forever to go through, if they go through. I am looking forward to the day my contract expires so I can change to a more reliable network provider which, hopefully, takes my complaints into account and actually does something about it. Thank you virgin mobile for promising so much and delivering nothing!
