Cell C
STILL NO SATISFACORY FEEDBACK FRO CELL C

After my report on Sunday 15 September a Mr S Mhlongo from Cell C phoned me on 18 September. I told him the whole story again! He confirmed that I will receive my refund within the next 3 to 7 working days. Reference for call: SN130916000071590.

I phoned this morning again to enquire about the progress on my refund.. Spoke to Donald. I gave Donald the above mentioned reference nr. He could not see the reference number or the phone call I received from S Mhlongo on 18 September!!! He said a e-mail was sent to me on 20 September. I never received the mail He could also not confirm the e-mail address the mail was sent to. So it is back to square 1. Donald told me that somebody will contact me within the following 48 hours.

Please advise urgently!!!
