Cancelling of Contract

My Husband and I took out an 8ta contract over two years ago. In September 2013, the contract expired and I contact them to find out what the correct procedure is. The first gentleman who helped me was very polite and he gave me the e-mail address. He spelled it for me and sent the e-mail whilst he was still on the phone.
In October and November the debit orders went off again. I contacted the Service centre again, only to find out that the e-mail address that the gentleman 'spelled out' was incorrect. The new call centre agent again was very polite and he assisted me with the new e-mail address and told me that we will be reimbursed within 10 working days. This morning when I looked at out accounts, not only was the money not reimbursed, but the debit order went off again.
When I phone them this morning they told me that they are not allowed to give me any information, because I am the wife, but both two previous times they spoke to me. They now owe me 4 months debit orders and I am not getting any joy from this company.

Can someone please assist me with this matter, I don't know what else to do!
