On the afternoon of 4 September, I logged my Cell C problem on HelloPeter. On the morning of 5 September, I received the customary response (automated?) to say that someone would contact me during the course of the day.By the end of the day, I had heard nothing, and logged a comment on the site to that effect.

During the afternoon of 6 September, I received an e-mail saying that someone had tried to call me and I wasn't available. I immediately returned the e-mail to the two addresses, stating that: 1. I had no missed calls, 2. I had no voicemails and 3. I asked where they got the number they used, as it's not my regular number. I also advised that I was available to talk and requested that they call me.

I've heard nothing further.

So where do I go from here?
