I bought a wi-fi prepaid product from Makro (Huawei e355 router ws320 repeater) with the promise on the packaging (and in the store) that this product delivers to speed specifications. I have been having problems with connection speed and today was the 2nd time that I phoned Cell C for a resolution. The first call took 30 minutes and the incompetency to understand the problem was shocking - not even talking about the fact that everything had to be repeated 3 times. The back and forth and please hold without even checking with me - just all of a sudden having to listen to the recorded advertisements again. I had to hold on for something and the next minute a new agent picked up with welcome how can I help? What about the pending query? I put the phone down, called back and spoke to Ncamsile who indicated that Cell C does not support the product and I should go back to Makro and make a plan. I asked for this in writing and was advised that this cannot be done and I must sort this out there. I indicated the impact on CPA/TCF of her non compliance to provide the written reason and she was not interested. Call reference is 13012700007776. I need this fixed ASAP or my money back.
