I am so unhappy Cell C an how they treat me customer I previously complained on hello peter an one of the reps phoned me but its not resolved it seem Cell C is only interested in taking their customers money an when the phone the gives problems they play the ingoring game. I emailed the rep to his work email address as he said I should mail himan that was more then 2months ago he still not got back to me. I have this phone for about six months its has been in for repair twice I have only use the phone for about a month and I'm paying an paying I'm so off at Cell C. If I had to stop paying they would send reminder an phone for the money but I can't do nothing its my money they taking an they benifiting from it but still have no working phone. I was speaking to the manager of Ccell via email then I when into Ccell to speak to manager in canal walk one of the staff said I will have wait for him I was waitng for them a hour with no manager coming out so I want is wrtten apology from the Cell C management in canal walk. They offered me the same phone I don't want it, Its a phone if Cell C does not resolve it I will take legal action against them I'll be waiting.
