My Complex being Reethi Rah in Willowbrook, Roodepoort hasn't had telkom lines installed for 3 years!!! Every other complex around us has Telkom lines!!! This is my 2nd time voicing my fustrations on Hello Peter...

Telkoms business ADSL web page states that their core focus is to increase efficiency by. Quote: "being available anywhere, anytime, limiting down time and quick response" and their customer service depends on: "Nurturing relationships make good business sense; the foundation of a good relationship is reliability and trust. This means being easily accessible and always available"

I personally have been waiting since December for my ADSL Line! Nothing with Telkom ever gets done judging from the complaints Telkom has on Hello Peter... JUST DO YOUR JOB TELKOM!
We are tired of this bad service!
