GOOD RATE = BAD SERVICE!!!

Over a month ago my phone got that very day i reported everything! Firstly when i called insurance or cell c to follow up with my issue because no one bothered! no surprise!!! Then Insurance told me I had to pay extra for my phone when i signed up for a full cover! I spoke to Kases from the insurance from Cell C! who was indeed very rude and should not speak to guests over the phone ever!!! Disgusting!!! Mpho from Cell C Eastgate and Adriana have been amazing but the wait for over 1 month has been very exhausting!!! The fact I had to call, follow up is appauling!!! When my contract ends I will consider changing!!! You have these adverts saying you beat all rates well I would rather spend more and know the service will be more rewarding!!!
