Useless and careless MTN serevice

I am changing my service provider as MTN doesn't care!!! My phone was on Saturday and MTN call centre doesn't give a s with their Ayoba nonsense. I tried to call from 3 different numbers and MTN call centre was unavailable for almost 2 hours to report my phone. I know it doesn't cost MTN anything when my phone is, but I am changing after 15 years of MTN service, If this is an attitude and multi-million call centre under complete mismanagement then it isn't my problem, when you useless staff just doesn't care!!!
