EMPTY PROMISES

I bought a lenox couch at Furniture City in May 2013 to my surprise it looked like a second hand, the steels were rusty and stitches were coming out and it was not equally aligned on top of that they didn't assemble it for us. Then I reported this to sales person named Johnson and he came and checked it, he confirmed they will send someone from their warehouse to check it again before they can give us an exchange. No one ever contacted me again until in the middle of June their call centre called to check if this has been resolved. And she also told me they will only receive stock on the 22 July, they will give me feedback. But till today they never called me again the I decided to call the store and enquire exactly what's happening regarding this issue but the store manager Mr Gotha had an attitude he doesn't even want to help me, he said its not he's problem he doesn't want to get involve. For sake he's a branch manager what happened to customer service, he doesn't give a about customers its fine when we buy to his store but when it comes to resolving complaints he just doesn't care. I will never again buy from FURNITURE CITY their after sales.
