Cracked s3

Electronics and household app.

Dear hello peter
My wife got a brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 in August 2013. On 27 January 2014, she her phone down, when she picked it up to type a message, the screen burst! She never dropped the phone, she doesn't even carry it loosely in her handbag, she doesn't even have long nails. I phoned the call centre, spoke to Temba and asked if I can have an email adress, which she refused to give me. She instructed me to use the webpage, which I tried, but doesn't work! I am fed up! Why doesn't Samsung take ownership to a faulty phone, apparently they don't replace broken screens on promotional phones! This is unexceptable! Samsung is a global brand that would not sell useless items to people! They want to make as if I broke it in punish me for being loyal to a brand! This is ridiculous! They replace the screens on the S4, but not on e S3 as it was a promotional phone, so they know it's a phone! The fact that they don't want to take ownership of a fault on their phons is disgusting! I won't recommend a samsung phone to anyone!
