MTN provides no signal for internet

Good morning
Since i took out the internet contract with MTN in June 2012 I could not connect to the internet even once form my house. I have been paying my bill every month through a debit order. MTN cannot tell me when i will have signal. MTN is breaching the contract as they cannot provide any internet signal. Since i don't have internet I couldn't study part time this year and I cannot do research on my work.
MTN keeps on promising that they will install a tower, I have been waiting for 8 months and I see a tower now but its still not working. MTN can also not give me a date on which this tower will be working.
I have logged my first complaint 24 July 2012, reference number 0043840. I never get any feedback from MTN. I know the responsible person for Onverwacht (Lephalale) is Emanual. I have called coverage many times and they always promise me that Emanual will come back to me. He has never contacted me in any way.
I refuse to pay any money to stop the contract as MTN is breaching the contract. I want MTN to repay me back for the months I have been paying since i took out the contract and stop this contract with no additional costs.
