Promised to fix my adsl line

My adsl line has been offline for more than a week, I have logged several faults by them and everytime they either say they are working on it or it has been fixed, I am upset because I don't have internet and it should not have taken them this long, the call support line is of no help to me, I'm paying for a line rental that is not even working, this is the worst service ever, I am dissapointed
