Bad service since the start of my contract - 15/07

I have put off filing a report on Hello Peter about MTN because I thought that things got better. Firstly the Clearwater Mall store is full of sales agents who are dishonest and unscrupulous. I opened a contract and I was told I would get a phone within 24 hours. After that, I tried to call the store to follow up but they NEVER answer the phone, feel free to try (0116755714). The one time I was there and complained about them not answering the phone and I discreetly called tried while inside the store and they still didn't answer. I tried to cancel my contract request and left a message with a gentleman there because the sales lady who helped me wasn't there. She called me the following day claiming she never got the message and my phone is now ready. Documents showed that the whole transaction was processed AFTER my visit to the store.

I don't know how many times I have called the call centre to request itemised billing. I received an sms on 16/08 saying my details were updated. I have now been calling them since 11 September to ensure I would receive it on the 13th and still nothing. As I type this I have been on hold for 17 minutes and counting about the same request.
