DON'T MAKE USE OF HELP WITH DEBT

We applied for debt review in September 2012 when my husband lost his job and paid R6000 in September & R6000 in October for the so called legal cost. Then he responded to every phone call and e-mail. He even offered to take over the one car and our house installment which according to him will reduce our monthly distribution instalments even more. In October 2012 we started to pay our monthly distribution amount and are still paying it every month. In November we started getting phone calls and letters stating that we will be handed over to attorneys due to the fact that the creditors aren't receiving their monthly agreed amounts which were negotiated with Mr. Stefan Fourie of Help with Debt. He didn't answer one of my e-mails or any phone call that I made. My husband got hold of him on the 16.5.2013 because he phoned from a completely different number and promise to call him today, the 17.5.2013 for us to come and see him regarding the issues. He didn't' answer when my husband phoned him, because he recognize the number. THEREFORE USE TRUSTWORTHY DEBT COUNCELLORS who will be available to answer and respond to e-mails and phone calls.
