False advertising of international calling promoti

Good day
I activated international calling promotion because on the advert advertised on tv it said we pay R5 a months and when you make international call to countries selected it will cost an amount of 89cent per minute.but right now I've been making an international call to mozambique and it seems like its been over charging me.today I phoned the call center and spoke to a lady who only now adviced me that it doesn't cost me 89cent per minute.you guys are making us buy ur promotions under false advertisement. I remember reading the terms and conditions when I subscribed and it said it will cost me an amount of 89cent per minute. I demand vodacom to refund me for the airtime they have been over charging me. I'm supposed to be charged 89cent per minute not the other amount and also there were no zones by the time you introduced this and you were supposed to notify me about your changes in rates.right now I feel that you have violated my consumer rights.please refund my airtime... thank you I dnot appreciate the way that you do your things
