International calling-didnt inform me was taken of

I was on the international calling plan, and made many phone calls at 89c / minute

Today, I made a call again - and was charged at R4.70 per minute.

It happened that on the 1st of January there was less than R5 in my account, and I was taken off the plan - without Vodacom informing me of this.

They can send me spam SMS's every day - send a happy e.g. - or any promotion for that matter, but they cannot inform me of a service that I was taken off?

Vodacom - the least you can do is inform people that they are taken off the plan, that's all I ask. It could happen that at some stage during the 1st of the month you made calls, you end up with less than R5, you recharge later the day, and during that time Vodacom then tries to take the R5.

Please inform, that's all Im asking.
