Repairs that takes forever and Bad Service

To whom it may concern,
I am hereby to complain about the level of service i have received from one of you MTN outlets "Campus square"to be exact.

At the Begining of august my mobile device was giving me problems, so i called MTNSP (808)"since i took out the Mobile on a top up" to ask as to what is the process i should take to get my fone fixed n was told i only need the copy of my contract and I.D.i took the documents to the MTN Campus Square and was told i had da wrong documents and they wanted the contract invoice and i called the shop where i took out the contract to get the invoice and on the 13th of august 2013 i went back to Campus and gave them the phone and the supporting documents and the consultant told me that it will take up to 6 weeks to get my fone and they will call me as soon as they get it back.so now its been 5 weeks n counting to 6 weeks but i havent heard a thing from them so i decided to give them a call today (19/09/2013) and a lady answered i asked her about my fone and she said she is going to check and told me to hold and i was holding till she hunged up on me, which is why i decided to bring the matter here.
