Cut off once again

MTN cuts me off on a monthly basis due to "insufficient credit limit". Every month I change this to a higher limit which somehow never get updated onto the main system. Wenzile from MTN reposnded promptly to my last posting and assured me that the error was fixed. My response to this is below...

Hi Wenzile. Your company has just done the exact same thing to me again. This is obviously an example of poor systems not delivering on the promise. Very disappointing once again. Unfortunately this is starting to affect my business and my next call is likely to the ombudsman. Please dont embarrass your company by telling me that the error is rectified when indeed it is not.
