Who gives you permission to debit my account when you want? You are messing up my account and giving me a bad credit reference. This is utter BULL S@*%. I am going to go to the Ombudsman and lay a complaint against you guys. This is not the first time. I have asked very polity to ensure that you do not try to debit me before the 27th. The best part is that I know of 4 other people that you are doing the same to and I will encourage them to lay a complaint at the Ombudsman. As you know you will pay an upfront fee when a complaint gets launched against your company. I suggest that anyone that has the same problem, log a complaint at the Ombudsman as they get charged for every complaint that gets logged with the Ombudsman. Log onto [URL Removed] Download the document and email it to them. You cannot do what you want. It's not fare on us poor individuals trying to survive.
