Late Debit Order, Now my Account is Suspended

My debit order ran late (05/09/13) (not my fault) and i did not have the funds in my account but 4 days (09/09/13) later I contacted a consultant requesting a account number, I then made the payment manualy believing that everything is sorted out. Yesterday (18/09/13) I received a sms saying my accounts has been blocked, so I contacted the contact centre to find out what on earth could be the reason so they told me they lost my payment or something like that. So I forwarded my proof of payment to 2 consultants and today 19/09/13 my accounts are still blocked and I have not heard from 8ta in over a day. HOW CAN THEY SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT IF I AM 18 DAYS BEHIND IN THE FIRST PLACE. What on earth are these people thinking?? I have been a happy customer now for almost 2 years always paying ontime.
