POOR SERVICE

I have received a call form Altech yesterday and I still did not get an outcome. I have asked for a detailed report of the sites that were visited but you cannot give this to me!! I am on the line right now with an agent and the manager refuses to come on line at call centre. What kind of service is this that they are providing to us?! I find this service to be pathetic honestly. No one can assist me. so i have signed up a contract and you CANNOT assist me in other words!!
